Exclusive engagements are backed by a 6-month free replacement, not 90 days. Engineering, construction and manufacturing roles, UK and US.

Hire technical and engineering leaders with six months of cover. UK and US.

Work with us on an exclusive basis and we back the hire for six months. Not 90 days.Register your vacancyOr send the brief and we’ll tell you in one page if we can fill it
UK & US · Engineering · Construction & Infrastructure · Manufacturing · Robotics & Automation · Controls · 27+ years

Why six months
A 90-day guarantee is built for office hiring. A design manager, controls engineer, robotics specialist, or technical project manager is not proven in 90 days. They are still learning your line or your project, your vendors, and how the site actually runs.If they are wrong, you find out in months two to five, after a standard agency has closed the file. Our guarantee: on exclusive engagements, if the candidate leaves or is let go for performance within six months of their first working day, we replace them at no extra fee. The clock starts on day one in the seat.
Proof

Six months free replacement on exclusive engagements, not 90 days. We underwrite the search through the real ramp, not probation theatre.

AI to screen. Humans to decide. Speed on mapping and first-pass screening. Judgement stays with people who have recruited this work for 27+ years.

Specialist niche only. Engineering, construction and infrastructure, manufacturing and operations, robotics and automation, controls and electrical, and intralogistics, in the UK and US. Not a generalist CV spray.

People who have done the work. We send shortlists tested against commissioning, live sites, project delivery and real systems, not keywords on a CV.

Who this is for
Hiring managers, engineering directors, project directors, ops leaders, and MDs who own a go-live, a production ramp, a multi-vendor line, a design freeze, a tender season, or a handover that cannot slip.If the risk is not the empty seat but the wrong hire, this is the search.
Short FAQ
Q: What does the six-month guarantee cover? A: It applies to exclusive engagements, where we are the only agency working on the role. If the hire leaves or is let go for performance within six months of day one in the seat, we run a free replacement search.Q: Does it apply to every placement? A: No. It applies to exclusive engagements only. Ask us how an exclusive engagement works for your vacancy.Q: Is this a refund? A: No. It is a free replacement. It stops you paying twice for the search. It does not repay lost velocity, and no honest guarantee does.Q: Do you only recruit in the UK? A: No. UK and US. The same guarantee on exclusive engagements in both markets.Q: What roles? A: Engineering, construction and infrastructure, manufacturing and operations, robotics and automation, controls and electrical, and intralogistics hires. That means design managers, estimators and planners working towards a design freeze, a tender season or a handover, as well as maintenance, controls and robotics engineers who own a go-live or a production ramp. Not generalist office recruitment.

Stop worrying about misfires.
Register the vacancy. We will tell you in one page whether we can fill it, and on what timeline.Register your vacancyYou’ll land on our vacancy form.
