Location: Clear Lake, IA
Salary: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour (dep on experience)

What You'll Get To Do:
As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be a crucial part of our field service team, ensuring the seamless operation of our sophisticated automated systems at customer sites. Your day-to-day will involve:

Expert Troubleshooting & Repair: Provide first-class maintenance and support for automated storage and retrieval systems, adeptly diagnosing and resolving electro-mechanical faults and failures with a "first-time right" approach.

Proactive Preventative Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance services as part of our resident service and support system, ensuring system longevity and reliability.

Responsive Customer Support: Deliver 24/7 maintenance support (or according to customer schedules), responding efficiently to emergency breakdowns and maintenance needs in collaboration with on-site maintenance departments.

Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate effective working relationships with customers and their operational teams, acting as a trusted partner to deliver premier service.

Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve high performance standards for output, response speed, and the quality of your repairs and workmanship.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous and legible reports, ensuring accurate and timely logging of spare parts usage and submitting precise timesheets weekly.

Knowledge Sharing: Actively train customer maintenance teams on system operation and maintenance best practices.

Adherence to Standards: Implement and uphold site quality procedures, safety protocols, and all statutory requirements, including conducting thorough risk assessments.

Collaborative Engagement: Participate in site-related meetings as required and regularly communicate progress and activities with the Maintenance Operations Manager.
What You Bring:
We are looking for a hands-on problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant industry or service role.

Proven expertise in mechanical strip-down/re-assembly, basic field wiring, machine calibration, and system testing.

Strong ability to interpret and work with electrical circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage your time to complete reactive repairs within assigned timeframes.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with on-site management, keeping them informed and addressing concerns.

Hands-on ownership of issues with a commitment to quick resolution.

Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driving license and the ability to obtain a passport.
