🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will take full ownership of complex industrial systems. Your day-to-day will involve:

PLC Programming: Developing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley systems (Studio 5000, ControlLogix).

Robotics Integration: Configuring and optimizing Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA robots for assembly and material handling.

Control Panel Design: Using AutoCAD Electrical to design schematics, select components, and oversee panel builds.

System Commissioning: Leading on-site efforts to validate systems and ensure they meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards (NFPA 79, ISO 13849).

📝 What You Bring

Experience: 10+ years in industrial automation (with at least 5 years in large-scale custom projects).

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI development.

Leadership: A proven track record of technical accountability and the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel (up to 50%+ during peak commissioning phases).

Bonus Points: Experience with SCADA (Ignition, FactoryTalk), Machine Vision, or DoD-funded projects.
