Salary: $100,000 – $165,000 per year (Commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities

PLC & Robotics: Lead programming for Allen-Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000) and optimize high-motion robotics (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).

System Design: Use AutoCAD Electrical to design control panels, specify hardware, and oversee panel builds.

Safety Excellence: Implement and validate standards including UL 508A, NFPA 79, and ISO 13849.

Client Interface: Act as the technical lead during on-site commissioning and final system validation.
Requirements

10+ years in Industrial Automation (5+ years in large-scale custom projects).

Technical Mastery: Expert-level Allen-Bradley PLC programming and HMI development.

Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of RIA 15.06, NFPA 79, and ANSI B11.

Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen/Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Travel: Ability to travel (up to 50% during commissioning phases).
