Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • PLC & Robotics: Lead programming for Allen-Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000) and optimize high-motion robotics (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).

  • System Design: Use AutoCAD Electrical to design control panels, specify hardware, and oversee panel builds.

  • Safety Excellence: Implement and validate standards including UL 508A, NFPA 79, and ISO 13849.

  • Client Interface: Act as the technical lead during on-site commissioning and final system validation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Industrial Automation (5+ years in large-scale custom projects).

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level Allen-Bradley PLC programming and HMI development.

  • Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of RIA 15.06, NFPA 79, and ANSI B11.

  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen/Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

  • Travel: Ability to travel (up to 50% during commissioning phases).
