Remote – Philadelphia US / New Jersey, US
$73k/yr plus overtime, plus bonus, plus benefits. Can easily earn $105k+/yr with a little overtime (approx. 4 hours per week)

Are you a problem-solver who loves to keep things moving? We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team of innovators dedicated to providing turn-key solutions for the retail, e-commerce, and distribution markets!
The Role
As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our commitment to excellence. You’ll diagnose, service, and maintain sophisticated conveyor equipment, ensuring our clients' operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical conveyor components.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime.
Project Synergy: Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Documentation: Draft technical reports, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in mechanical/electrical installation (conveyor industry experience is a major plus!).
Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics/drawings and proficiency with power tools & Microsoft Office.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and values safety above all.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and participate in an "on-call" rotation.
Communication: Ability to interface professionally with customers.
