Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Nights

Rugby, Warwickshire

£44,000 + Overtime + Benefits

4‑night shift pattern (Mon–Thu)

 

We’re looking for a proactive Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our high‑performance engineering team supporting next‑generation automated systems.

About the Role

As part of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising our MOVU shuttle system, ensuring maximum uptime across our automated warehouse environment.

You’ll be involved in:

Maintaining and optimising automated systems Diagnosing and resolving electrical & mechanical faults Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Working closely with internal teams & technology partners Maintaining accurate engineering documentation and logs

 

What We’re Looking For

HND (or equivalent) in Engineering – ideally 70/30 electrical bias Experience with automated systems & PLCs (Siemens preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working with industrial machinery and at heights Excellent communicator and proactive team player Flexible, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
