Our Manufacturing Division is seeking a General Manager with a track record of leading large teams and driving business growth within the metal manufacturing industry.

 

General Manager - Shape the Future of Metals Manufacturing

Do you thrive on challenges and have a passion for operational excellence? We're on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to lead our dynamic metals division. This isn't just a leadership role; it's an opportunity to instigate significant change, drive profitability, and foster a winning culture.

 

This is a hands-on, on-site position with full P&L accountability.

 

We're looking for a leader who:

Has General Management experience from a manufacturing background Possesses deep industry knowledge within metals manufacturing. Can demonstrate a compelling track record of turning around underperforming plants – culturally and operationally. Has 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, with a strong command of Lean principles. Holds a BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications are a plus!).

 

As General Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

Providing overall direction and leadership for the division. Leveraging data to measure and enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Developing and executing strategies that improve our competitive edge and profitability. Overseeing all operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective resource management. Driving performance improvement through continuous improvement initiatives. Developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and capital programs. Cultivating talent and ensuring robust succession planning.
