Our Aerospace Division are working with a leading international aerospace parts manufacturer.

What You'll Do:
As Quality Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of all our systems, processes, and products. You'll lead by example, fostering a lean culture and problem-solving mindset across all levels.
- Lead & Manage: Oversee all aspects of the Quality Assurance Department, including developing and implementing robust processes using lean disciplines.
- Hands-on QMS Leadership: Be actively involved in all functions of our Site Quality Management System (QMS).
- Team Development: Develop and manage the performance of all Quality Assurance personnel, including Quality Engineers, Inspection Technology programmers, and the Non-Destructive Testing team.
- Maintain Accreditations: Ensure controls are in place to maintain crucial accreditations (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
- Customer & Audit Representation: Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and represent the company during audits by customers or third-party vendors.
- Non-Conformance Expertise: Manage non-conformance processes, from reviewing deviations and dispositioning to performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and submitting customer documentation.
- Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical sketches, drawings, and customer configuration documents.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking to solve practical job-related problems with exceptional attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively champion and support a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Metrology Oversight: Manage all Metrology processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency with QMS, AS9100, and NADCAP.
- Deep knowledge of GD&T.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or a technical field preferred).
- 5+ years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of Quality department management experience, leading site quality initiatives and working with OEM and 1st tier suppliers.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
- A high sense of urgency and the ability to meet demanding schedule requirements.
- Proven ability to thrive in a small manufacturing environment, effectively handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Results-driven, motivated, and persistent approach.
- Strong data, systems, and process orientation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Working Environment:
You'll work in both office and shop floor environments, requiring personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes) on the shop floor. Occasional lifting (up to 20-30 lbs.) and flexibility for evening or weekend work may be required to meet priorities and deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ($115,000 - $135,000) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. This full-time, on-site position in Thomasville, GA, is eligible for relocation assistance.
